Since we utilize Canada Post you will have a tracking number to follow your package all the way to your doorstep. So you can count down in anticipation of your products arrival!

What is your policy for orders that are lost during shipping?

In the very rare event that your package goes missing during shipping we do offer the option for reshipment. If your items are lost we will attempt to reship the products 7-14 days after the original date of shipment. This offer however is only valid once per customer for orders with tracking numbers as these events are not expected and it is extremely rare that packages are lost through the shipping methods and mediums that we utilize. We apologize for any inconvenience but cash refunds are not offered at this time.

How are products packaged for shipment?

All products that you purchase through BudXpress are packaged with discretion in mind. Each product is hand packaged individually. All products will arrive in double vacuum sealed packaging. This allows for the utmost discretion and ensures that the shipment will be completely scentless.

How long will it take for my purchase to arrive?

Under normal circumstances orders are expected to arrive at your doorstep within 2-3 business days from the time in which you placed your order. This can vary by a day or so if you happen to live on the far East Coast of Canada.

What payment methods do you accept?

We only currently accept eTransfers from Canada based bank accounts. We will be adding additional payment methods soon.

Can I order more product than what is considered a personal amount?

BudXpress’s services are designed to be utilized with a single patient’s needs in mind. However, if you need to order a somewhat larger amount we can accommodate by sending the products in different packages over a period of time. We do not offer wholesale product sales or large quantity purchases for shipping at one time.
