CLOGGED VAPES?
Having difficulty with clogged vapes? Here are some suggestions for keeping things flowing.
Vapes need to stay upright so that the oil doesn’t migrate from the actual cartridge. Essentially, the risk of any leakage increases when on its side. Any type of deviation from factory alignment could lead to a less than ideal experience.
If vapes are on their side for any sustained duration of time, even temporarily, this can also lead to the wick drying out, which will increase the likelihood of clogging.
To help the oil resettle if your vape has been on its side, hold it in your hand for a minute or two – the warmth from your hand will be enough to help the oil shift.
AVOID DIRECT SUNLIGHT
This has the potential to degrade the THC content of your cannabis vape, and no one wants that. Investing in a carrying case is a great option
AVOID HEAT
Like you, your cannabis carts like and deserve a comfortable room temperature of ~20 C. Too much heat has the potential to change the colour and flavor profile of the extract – and in some cases can even cause the carts to leak.
AVOID THE FREEZING COLD
Extreme cold makes everything move a little slower. While this shouldn’t affect the sauce, you might have a tough time tasting it until it thaws out. Cold can also degrade vape batteries over time ⚡
PROPER STORAGE
Because your vape pen is easy to use, it’s most important to keep it out of reach of children. Play it safe and store your goods in a locked container. Your vape pen specifically should be stored vertically to encourage gravity to do its thing. Your pen will thank you by delivering beautiful plumes of cannabis vapour.
